May 1st 6:30pm Inspired Warrior Project Discussion Group
Beginning May 1st at 6:30, the group will meet weekly at the Spicy Librarian, to engage in discussion facilitated by Kass Gomez, Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer, and Trauma Aware Facilitator, Reiki and Sound Practitioner. Kass has explored vulnerability, self-love, and self-destruction which helps and gives her the ambition to build herself and others within our community, with hopes to create a community for both men and women alike that can be vulnerable and help others grow and overcome their mental and health habits due to trauma or just not knowing how or where to turn to establish a healthier lifestyle. Registration for the Breakoning 8-week series will include snacks and refreshments for each meet up, plus an Inspired Warrior Project notebook.
